Michael Shelton, President of CI Concepts has worked in manufacturing, operations, and quality roles in industry for over 25 years. His experience include both Fortune 500 Companies and Small privately held companies and understands the differences involved to get to the next level.
Michael has a Bachelors degree in Materials Engineering, a Master’s in Business, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Michael has ran many projects to improve EFFICIENCY relating to process, product, quality, energy, and waste and uses all the tools of lean, six sigma, theory of constraints, and quality to create a continuous improvement culture.
